He completed his training in a strongly litigation focused law firm.
Brian established the firm in 2005 and has managed a large client base since.
Christine previously worked in several Dublin based law firms. She has a strong litigation and criminal based background.
Christine has a diploma in Legal Studies and Law and completed a law degree course (LLB) and is also a Commissioner for Oaths.
Christine is entitled to sit the entrance exams to the Law Society. She has worked with BKC Solicitors from 2005 to present as a senior Legal Executive and is the Office Manager.
Christine’s current main focus is onplanning and environmental law issues related to property developments alongside litigation.
Samantha previously worked in Cullen & Co., Solicitors.
Samantha has a degree in Finance and a diploma in Legal Studies, she is a Legal Executive and she is entitled to sit the entrance exams to the Law Society to qualify as a Solicitor. She has worked for BKC Solicitors from July 2006 to present.
Samantha’s has vast experience in EU Treaty Rights applications, Visas, Citizenship and Naturalisation, Employment Permits and all areas of immigration.
Samantha specialises in immigration law and administrative judicial review.
Gwen currently works in the area of Asylum Law, Immigration and Human Rights.
Gwen worked as a qualified legal executive for several Dublin based law firms, before moving to BKC Solicitors in 2007. Here she has done her trainee-ship and was retained as a Solicitor after qualifying. Her main area of work involves dealing with Asylum Law and Litigation.
Gwen has specialized in immigration law, which is her principal area of interest. She has always maintained a passion for her work within the immigration sector and enthusiastically works in the best interests of each of her clients.
Gwen has extensive knowledge in property and family law.
